IndieShelf is built to earn via SEO and transparent affiliate relationships — not via inventing claims or buying traffic we cannot afford.
Today
- $0 spend on ads while the site is established.
- Affiliate slots on tool pages are empty or marked
affiliate pending. - We never invent affiliate IDs or tracked URLs.
Later (planned)
- Free-to-join affiliate programmes where they exist (for example Publisher Rocket and StoryOrigin are known to offer affiliate programmes — join and verify terms before linking).
- Optional paid featured listings clearly labelled as sponsored, never mixed into editorial blurbs as “#1 ranked” claims.
Editorial independence
A future affiliate relationship will not rewrite a blurb to invent features. If we cannot describe a tool honestly, we will not list it.
